My Writing, Personal

Sarah Speaks

There’s a piece of writing advice I’ve seen going around:

‘Stop in the middle of a sentence (or exciting part,) so when you go back to writing, you can pick off where you left off quickly, (obviously in the hope to prevent writer’s block.)

Well, I just tried this tip, left off in the middle of a piece of dialogue, came back to it… and forgot what I was going to write.

Maybe next time I’ll make a note of where I need to go next.
